Boris is a conscientious attorney who uses his excellent skills and experience to effectively and efficiently achieve the best results possible for his clients. He serves clients in Washington and California.
Years ago, Boris Davidovskiy was drawn to study law because he recognized the critical need to connect the wronged and relatively powerless with the powers and protections of the legal system and the rule of law. Indeed, the bedrock of the legal system in the United States is the principle that all individuals and businesses are accountable and subject to law that is fairly applied and enforced. Large corporations, financial institutions, powerful business interests, and public entities should not be, and are, no exceptions.
Today, Boris is committed to serving his clients with the passion, integrity, and heart that led him to study law in the first place. He relishes the challenge of practicing law in what might be a “David vs. Goliath” world. Boris is happiest when his clients are made whole and wrongdoers are held accountable.
Boris is the founder of and a shareholder in Boris Davidovskiy, P.C. Boris was previously an associate attorney with a litigation firm. He was also a Rule 9 law clerk with the Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert J. Bryan of the Western District of Washington and to the Honorable Justice Sheryl Gordon McCloud of the Washington State Supreme Court. Through his experiences, Boris has developed the skills, judgment, and perspective necessary to effectively represent his clients.
Boris is a litigator, and he takes on cases he truly believes in. Through his practice, Boris aims to achieve the best legal outcome for his clients in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. He never loses sight of the importance of keeping his clients fully informed about their cases and developing an eye for detail while focusing on the bottom line, including whether litigation will be cost-productive.
Boris approaches each case as if it is headed for trial and will take it all the way to a verdict if doing so is in the best interest of his client.
